Ready to try something completely new? Break the Chains is a 90-minute specialty workshop introducing you to the incredible world of aerial chains. We’ll start with the basics—safe mounting, grip options, and body awareness—and then progress through a series of all-level-friendly movements designed to challenge your strength, mobility, and creativity.

Whether you’re an aerialist, pole dancer, or simply curious, this workshop is the perfect way to experience a unique apparatus in a supportive, guided environment.

What to Wear: Leggings and layers recommended. Some students prefer extra coverage (like a hoodie), while others prefer to have some skin out—go with what feels best for you.

Pre-Requisites: Some prior pole or aerial experience is helpful, but not much is needed. This is a brand-new apparatus for most people, so beginners with basic body awareness are absolutely welcome.

Step into the world of aerial artistry with our Intro to Lyra (Aerial Hoop) series! Perfect for total beginners, this 75-minute class is designed to help you build confidence, strength, and grace while exploring the basics of the aerial hoop.

We’ll keep the hoops set lower to the ground, making it easy and accessible for first-timers to safely learn mounts, poses, and transitions — all while discovering the fun of taking flight.
